German Genealogists Day 2017, 29.09.-02.10.2017

The Dresden Society for Genealogy, www.dresden-genealogieverein.de, and the Saxon community project .:webgenealogie:., www.webgenealogie.de, are going to compete together for the organization of the German Genealogists Day 2017 at the the general meeting of the German Working Group of Genealogical Associations,  www.dagv.org. It is planned for 2017-09-29 to 2017-10-02.

We are going to periodically inform about preparations and realization. On http://dgt2017.dresden-genealogieverein.de will be periodically informed, too.  All facts, such as programme, venues etc. will be published on www.genealogentag.de, where the registration will be possible as of October 2017.

A project group under the leadership of Andreas Löser and René Gränz is responsible for the preparation and execution. Hints for preparation, requests, suggestions etc. can be addressed to



from now on.

We are looking forward to active support, notes on lectures and desired exhibitors.

On 2015-01-21 as a first step a cooperation agreement was signed between the Dresden Society for Genealogy and the Saxon community project .:webgenealogie:. for the preparation of the German genealogist day in Dresden signed by the responsible persons.
