After many years of painstaking research by Otto Hessel - Sehma, his work "Meine Ahnen and ihre Sippen" ‎( My ancestors and their descendants)‎ was finally accomplised. A copie comprising of almost 1000 pages of ancestors and history of their home land is being held at the State Archive in Leipzig.

Unfortunately up until now the original sources have not yet been found. The List of ancestors inclusive of the 111 family tree charts ‎(preliminary)‎ are in private ownership of Christina and Reinhard Linke and has been published in 2005 as a CD "Die Kleine Sachsenreihe" through the family archive Papsdorf.
This list of ancestors contains approx. 1,398 individuals spanning the period from 1600 to 1900. The ancestors came from the regions of Grimma, Leisnig, Doebeln and Wurzen. Some lines of the ancestors go back to the 1500.

The design of the family charts and the history of the home land was not included here. The List of Ancestors was compiled by Reinhard und Christiane Linke, rl ‎[at]‎ webgenealogie ‎[dot]‎ de.

Access to the list is granted to family members and to researchers in family genealogy groups, or who can contribute to this list.
